In Europe, Regulation 640/2009 on asynchronous electric motors has been in force for several years. Currently the regulation concerns the three-phase asynchronous motors at 50 Hz or 50Hz / 60Hz, for continuous service, with nominal powers between 0.75 kW and 375 kW, at 2, 4 and 6 poles; for which the energy efficiency class in the use under the network must be minimum IE3.
The new DRN .. engines are an integral part of our modular engine system. A new interface with a smaller mechanical gearbox increases the flexibility and combinations of the system.
The new IE3 motors are naturally compliant with all major global design specifications and standards such as IEC 60034, NEMA MG1, UL 1004-1, CSA C22.2-100, ABNT 17094-1 and GB 12350 (CCC). In addition, they already comply with upcoming energy efficiency regulations for Europe, India, Brazil, USA, Canada, China and other countries.
This makes us the leading manufacturer of low energy consumption gearmotors of the IE3 efficiency class with nominal powers between 90 and 200 watts, with all the quality of all time and a complete line of services related to the product that the operators know and appreciate.
Our goal is to minimize the impact on your operations during the conversion process to the new full range of DRN series, allowing you to further reduce and rationalize the number of variants.
