SEW-EURODRIVE developed a network of certified authorized distributors to support small and medium-sized companies with greater efficiency and speed in their automation projects. A large group of qualified and well-integrated professionals throughout the Italian territory, to be even closer to our customers and ensure the reliability and competence that distinguish SEW-EURODRIVE even for companies that do not need constant support.
Reliability, rapidity, competence and personalized advice: the expectations towards us are always high and we continuously improve our processes and our offer of technological solutions and services, putting the needs of our customers at the center of our actions. This is why we have created the SEW-EURODRIVE Certified Dealer brand, which certifies the reliability and competence of our network of authorized distributors, thus identifying them more easily on the market.
The SEW-EURODRIVE Certified Dealers also try to preserve the quality of SEW technologies, differentiating themselves from unauthorized resellers and guaranteeing a technical and commercial organization, as well as dedicated structures, which can satisfy the most diverse local needs of manufacturers and users of machines and installations.
Our Certified Dealers are authorized to configure, distribute and promote all the automation and control technologies of SEW-EURODRIVE, with the exception of the self-driving vehicles Mobile Assistance System whose development is entrusted to our System Integrators in collaboration with the MAXOLUTION® team of SEW-EURODRIVE moreover, they are not authorized to offer maintenance and repair services, spare parts sales, replacement products and other Service activities entrusted, instead, to our qualified network of Service Partners assistance for commissioning.
SEW-EURODRIVE provides frequent training sessions and technical updates to its Certified Dealers, to help them stay updated on new technologies and new market trends.
The general conditions of sale of SEW-EURODRIVE Italia also apply to the technologies marketed by our distributors.
