The special housing design made of high-quality stainless steel is particularly easy to clean. The surface is acid resistant and alkaline resistant. There are hardly any indentations where dirt or fluids could collect, so the cleaning agents drain quickly and easily.

Thanks to their hygienic properties, long service life and maintenance-friendly design, the gear units are ideally designed to satisfy the production conditions in the food and beverage industry, in the pharmaceutical industry and in constantly wet environments.

Stainless steel gear units: Helical, helical-bevel and SPIROPLAN® right-angle gear units

The RESF.. helical gear unit in a flange-mounted design allows optimal integration into machines. The efficiency-optimized KES.. and WES.. gear units are available in a shaft-mounted design as a hollow shaft with a key, a hollow shaft with shrink disk or a hollow shaft with TorqLOC®.

Only half the solution without a motor? The AESMS.. IEC and NEMA adapters, also made of stainless steel, and the stainless steel AESQS.. adapters for mounting stainless steel servomotors guarantee variable motor mounting The directly mounted motors made of stainless steel are available with power ratings of 0.18 kW and 1.1 kW without fans to allow optimal gearmotor cleaning. Higher power ratings for adapter mounting are available upon request. The result is an entirely stainless steel design that effectively prevents all forms of corrosion.
