One platform

The MOVIRUN® software platform is designed to be a universal solution, meaning it runs on the entire controller portfolio, MOVI‑C® CONTROLLER (control cabinet technology) and MOVI‑C® FIELD CONTROLLER (decentralized field installations).

MOVIRUN® determines the type and version of the runtime system, that is to say how the commands are executed by the control technology, and at what speed. The MOVIRUN® flexible version makes it possible to use motion control functions ranging from simple to complex and to do so efficiently using graphical user interfaces.

Human-centered design

Human-centered design is all about meeting the requirements that will ensure software is developed and designed around user needs, is geared towards people in generaland delivers the user experience of a state-of-the-art software package. These requirements are even described and laid down in a technical standard, specifically DIN ISO 9410-210. But what exactly are the stipulations behind this standard and its numerical code?
